MTN Network Timing Infrastructure Project

The project involved the procurement and deployment of advanced synchronization and timing equipment to support network modernization and expansion. It covered multiple critical components aimed at improving both existing infrastructure and preparing for next-generation technologies.Key aspects of the project included the implementation of 4G-LTE transmission synchronization for both Phase 1 and Phase 2. This was complemented by a comprehensive access network modernization and upgrade initiative, designed to enhance overall network efficiency and reliability.

To ensure optimal network performance, the project also included 4G measurement and optimization processes. In addition, a robust network management system and cloud integration were deployed to improve visibility, scalability, and remote management capabilities.

Looking ahead to next-generation connectivity, the project incorporated 5G clock synchronization planning and optimization. This ensures that the network is well-prepared for seamless 5G deployment with precise timing accuracy.The hardware supply was completed with full installation and commissioning services. To maintain performance and uptime, the project also established a Service Level Agreement that provides 24/7 Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
