The project involved a large-scale rollout of communication infrastructure and power systems across Nigeria to improve network performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.A total of over 650 communication tower sites were rolled out, each powered by hybrid power solutions to ensure consistent and sustainable energy supply. In addition, hybrid power systems were procured, deployed, and commissioned across 1,970 existing telecommunication tower sites nationwide, replacing older, less efficient power sources.To enhance site management and security, a comprehensive remote monitoring system was designed and implemented. This included the deployment of CCTV cameras, access control systems, and fuel monitoring telemetry solutions across 3,000 sites. These upgrades significantly improved operational visibility, energy management, and security across the telecom network.
