As part of our commitment to smart, sustainable living at Awka Millennium City (AMC), M-P Infrastructure designed and executed the AMC Water System, a fully integrated water purification and distribution network that serves over 1,000 homes daily. The system features a state-of-the-art water treatment plant and extensive groundwater storage facilities, producing 2 million liters of 99% clean water every day. This ensures a consistent supply of up to 2,000 liters per household, delivered through a dedicated underground network that maintains water pressure and quality around the clock.
Beyond consumption, the system includes an advanced drainage infrastructure that channels excess water to a purpose-built artificial island. This island is a future site for waterfront developments. The AMC Water System is not just a utility; it is a forward-thinking model of urban water engineering, built for sustainability, efficiency, and future growth.
